I’ve had to take it back twice for warranty issues and they always have fixed my motor very quickly and communicated everything through the whole process. One issue was a flaw in design and they figured out how to fix it. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. When your boat is how you make a living this is huge! Hands down the best customer service I’ve had. Going back to get them to install lithium batteries on the boat! Doug and his son are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with."
