"I was having some problems with my Minn Kota Riptide turning off after a few minutes of running. I tested the batteries and both ends of the plug and all 3 showed 24 plus volts. I went to Perdido to grab another item and talked with them about what was going on. They told me to bring it in and they would put it on the bench and test the board. The found the problem and exchanged the board and checked the trolling motor for any other defects. They called the next day and said it was ready. I picked it up and went straight to test it on the water and it ran like a new trolling motor. They were very friendly and the service was outstanding I would highly recommend them for any Minn Kota work that needed to be done."
