Was out in my boat and took a wave which slammed my trolling motor in the sand which broke the lifting belt. I called in and they had the belt in stock. Once I pulled the motor I realized I had broken the lower housing. I went back and he went out in his storage container pulled the housing off a trolling motor and handed it to me. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. He went out of his way to help me get going and I really appreciate it. I didn't even buy my trolling motor from him but from now on I will be. Wish I would have known about this place sooner. Great service Highly recommend! Thanks

He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than five minutes while the motor was in the bed of my pick-up in his parking lot. No charge! I've dealt with Doug and his staff in the past and they continue to be amazing!
