Perdido Marine Supply was born from a lifelong love of the water. Owner Doug Adams has spent most of his life in the marine world—working on boats, learning equipment inside and out, and helping fellow boaters make every outing better than the last. After years in the corporate world, Doug felt the pull to return to what had always brought him the most joy. In 2018, he and his family took that leap, opening a business built on passion, hands-on experience, and the desire to serve the boating community with honesty and heart.

We drove over 700 miles to use Perdido Marine Supply, and would do it again! We live near St.Louis and have a reliable trolling motor vendor we use there. When we bought a new center console boat right before a labor day week vacation, we needed a trolling motor installed on short notice before heading to Navarre FL. Our local guy couldnt get the needed model in time, as they were only in stock at distribution centers in Detroit, Houston, and Mobile, and couldnt ship express due to the 100" length... but I called a fiahing charter guide friend in Pensacola, and he recommended I call Douge at Perdido Marine Supply. Douge had not one but FOUR of the exact model that we needed, and was able to schedule full installation for the first morning of our vacation. He and his son Philip both worked on the job to get it done on the eve of the labor day weekend... including relocating and replacing the OEM batteries and adding a 36v lithium ion setup for the new trolling motor. They're EXTREMELY knowledeable and even more friendly, and we couldnt be happier with the end result. They're worth the drive from wherever you are!

Great place, was on vacation and busted the belt on my min kota ulterra Friday morning, we had limited tools as we traveled from Oklahoma. Spoke with the owner on the phone. He had the part and offered to change it by closing time. Couldn’t believe it! He could’ve simply sold us the part and turned us away. Great price, great customer service and great attitude. Literally saved our vacation trip. Hard to find genuine people these days that are willing to take the time to help.

Perdido Marine Supply provides a superior service for Minn Kota Repairs! By far the best in the area. They go above and beyond to insure you’re back on the water spot locked and fishing as soon as possible. They keep a large stock of Minn Kota parts and generally manage a 2-3 day turn around as long as parts aren’t back ordered. They also bench test every unit multiple times prior to completion to insure the problem is actually resolved, which is surprisingly uncommon in the industry.
