What grabbed my attention and needs initially was they were also a Minn-Kota Dealer and Service Center. I own both a Minn-Kota Trolling Motor and the Minn- Kota Talon shallow water anchor. After repairing my Trolling Motor, they spent the time to explain the main causes that lead to service problems on both products and how to eliminate or avoid these mistakes including the remote operation, "Money in my pocket". They carry and install Interstate Brand Batteries, which I am the proud owner of 5 new batteries this year. Key, Reliable Brands are important to me and recently I noticed that they are now a Firman Inverter & Generator Dealer. After researching Firman I found they are the largest producer of Portable Generators and Inverters today with a 3-year service warranty. So when the next Hurricane approaches, you know where I am going. Last but not least their pricing is very competitive. Called them to ask if they did warranty work on minnkota trolling motors. Jonathan told me they did but he'd be out of town for a few days but if I could get it to him quickly he'd work on it that day to save me wait time when he got back. Brought it to him and an hour and a half later he calls to tell.me it's ready. He knows his stuff and got it done quickly. I appreciate someone who appreciates their customers. Five star guy!! Was out in my boat and took a wave which slammed my trolling motor in the sand which broke the lifting belt. I called in and they had the belt in stock. Once I pulled the motor I realized I had broken the lower housing. I went back and he went out in his storage container pulled the housing off a trolling motor and handed it to me. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. He went out of his way to help me get going and I really appreciate it. I didn't even buy my trolling motor from him but from now on I will be. Wish I would have known about this place sooner. Great service Highly recommend! Thanks
